Highly Commended: Holy Trinity C of E Primary School
They work with community clubs to encourage more regular participation in sport and games. Holy Trinity hold an annual sports and activity afternoon where children work in family groups competing in a carousel of different physical tasks. The children are more confident in themselves as their self-esteem is raised through aving regular opportunities to take part in sport.

Thorn Primary has well established links with both the local and wider community. The school provide at least 2 hours a week, however many children are involved in much more than 2 hours of PE and Sport and regularly train and compete against each other and other schools. They are constantly striving to provide the pupils with as many opportunities to take part in PE and Sport as possible.
